Year 1999 : Founded in HK and started on trading. Later, decided to set up own factory to produce motors because the suppliers didn’t pay attention to quality.
Year 2004: Set up a factory in Shenzhen City, producing mainly shaded pole motors, DC motors, synchronous motors and cross flow blowers.
Year 2008 : Moved to Zhongshan City and added the production of capacitor motors, brushless motors and plastic injection.
Year 2012 : Moved to Jiangmen City and added the production of hardware moulds manufacturing, aluminum die-casting and centrifugal fans, etc.
Year 2013 : Established a subsidiary company “Shenzhen Green Home Innovation Technology Co., Ltd” in Shenzhen, engaged in R&D, production and sales of free heavy-metal pollution products.
Jan. 2015 : Established a subsidiary "Jiangmen Johnson Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd." to develop and produce innovative products
Aug. 2015 : Established a subsidiary "Jiangmen Wecan Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd." to provide automation transformation services for the parent company and contract business with external parties
Dec. 2015: Established a subsidiary, "Jiangmen Shiying Qianqiu Technology Enterprise Incubator Co., Ltd." to support the growth of small and micro-tech enterprises
Feb. 2016 : Established a subsidiary in Shenzhen, “Seek Mall (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.", to develop e-commerce software services for smart home products
Mar. 2017: Established subsidiary "Jiangmen Buyna Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.", mainly engaged in e-commerce services
