1.The shaft diameter is: Ø7.0mm. Itslength and shape can be any as needed.
2.Reversible. The motor can rotateeither in CW or in CCWdirectionas needed, controlled bydifferent wiring connection method tothe capacitor.
3.Low lifetime(≥8000 hours), low noise[less than 45dB(A)], stable running & high efficiency.
4.Standard torque, high torqueor special torqueare all availableby using different magnet.
5.CE, UL, TUV approved, RoHS compliant.
Main Applications:
Automatic Curtains, ElectricalAdvertisements, Pumps, Electrical Appliances, Stage Lights,Scientific & Teaching Devices, etcthat needs high torque & stable running & long life.
Performances of the Motor after Gear Reduction (@ 50Hz) :
General Specifications:
1. Rated Voltage: 220 -240 (can be any value during the range of 12 –240 VAC)
2. Rated Frequency: 50Hz, 60Hz or 50/60Hz both
3. Rated Input Power: ≤14 Watts (for standard torque), ≤18 Watts (for high torque), ≤20 Watts (for special torque)
4. Rated Input Current: ≤50mA(for standard torque), ≤80 mA(for high torque), ≤100 mA(for special torque)
5. Noise Level: ≤45dB(A)
6. Temperature Rise (△T): ≤75K
7. Direction of Rotation: The standard thermal insulation is class 130 (B).It can be any as needed
8. Speed v.s. Torque: see as following chart
Speed | (rpm) | 2 | 2.5 | 3.8 | 5 | 7.5 | 10 | 12 | 15 | 20 | 25 | 30 | 40 | 50 | 60 | 80 | 100 |
Torque 1 | (Kg.cm) | 56.3 | 45 | 34.2 | 26 | 20 | 15 | 13 | 10 | 7.5 | 6 | 5 | 3.7 | 3 | 2.5 | 1.9 | 1.4 |
Torque 2 | (Kg.cm) | / | 60 | 46.1 | 5 | 26.7 | 20 | 18 | 14 | 10 | 7.8 | 6.5 | 5 | 4 | 3.5 | 2.5 | 2 |
Torque 3 | (Kg.cm) | / | / | / | 52.5 | 40 | 30 | 27 | 21 | 15 | 11 | 9.5 | 7.5 | 6 | 5 | 3.5 | 3 |
Remarks:
The above torque values refer to the minimum torque valuesfor long time use.The max. torque of this type of motors is 60Kg.cm.
The above speeds vs torque values are based on 50Hz. If the frequency is changed to 60Hz, the speed would be 1.2 times of 50Hz, and then the torque would be just 83% of 50Hz.
“Torque 1” means standard torque, “Torque 2” means high torque, and “Torque 3” means special torque.
Other specifications are available at request. OEM & ODM are welcome.
